PALMA AQUARIUM

A fantastic place for a great family day out! Loads of different areas to walk around including the great Shark Tank (the largest in Europe!), Jungle pathway and outdoor gardens. Check the signs for feeding times when you can watch fully scuba clad humans get in the tanks with the sea-life along with informative talks (in Spanish, English and German!) about the different species. The cafeteria and bar have a good range of food, including a fresh salad bar- that isn't too pricey. There's plenty of space to bring your own picnics too!

If the weather is good, the outdoor adventure playground with bouncy castles and water sprinklers is superb. If its raining, there is a huge indoor soft play area- must bring socks or you can hire for 1 euro per child. Unfortunately, this area is not catered for those under 3 :( Keep checking the website for latest events- Halloween will be good with themed tours and a 'terror tunnel'. Year round activities include sleepovers in the shark room and parties in the jungle!
